After losing his beloved wife of more than 50 years, John Webb struggles to maintain his farm. Low on funds, he would like to keep his yearly harvest going, but cannot afford to do so. When John and his nephews are offered an oil lease on their land in which they could share mineral rights, hopes rise for all the Webb family members that money problems may be solved if they strike oil.
